Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Social Media Channels – Oversee LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Content Creation & Scheduling – Develop and schedule engaging posts, graphics, reels, and video content
  • Community Engagement – Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
  • Hashtag & Trend Research – Identify trending topics and optimize social media content for visibility
  • Campaign Management – Run organic and paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation
  • Influencer & Partner Outreach – Collaborate with industry influencers & B2B partners for joint promotions
  • Track & Analyse Performance – Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics to measure engagement & conversions
  • SEO & Hashtag Strategy – Optimize content with SEO keywords & hashtag research
  • Report & Optimize – Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management & digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Social Media Platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
  • Content Creation Skills – Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Experience in Paid Ads Management – Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads
  • Strong Writing & Editing Skills – Ability to craft engaging, on-brand content
  • Analytics & Reporting – Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics
  • Basic Video Editing – Knowledge of tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva video editor
  • Knowledge of SEO & Hashtags – Ability to increase reach and engagement
  • Experience in B2B Marketing – Understanding of industrial & manufacturing sectors is a plus
