1. Service Description

• The RFQ Submission Service allows users to submit requests for quotations to relevant suppliers.
• Users must provide accurate and complete details regarding their product requirements.
• Once an RFQ is submitted and payment is made, the data is instantly distributed to suppliers based on their membership tiers and availability.

2. Payment and Fees

• Each RFQ submission requires a non-refundable payment which is mentioned in form description and in the payment section.
• Payments are processed securely via secure payment gateway.
• A successful payment confirmation is required before RFQ distribution.

3. No Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for RFQ submissions, as the data is immediately shared with suppliers once the form is submitted.
• Users acknowledge that once an RFQ is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled.
• If an RFQ is submitted with incorrect details, a new submission with the correct details will require a separate payment.

4. Data Distribution Policy

• RFQs are distributed based on supplier membership tiers:
• Once the daily quota for a specific category is reached, additional RFQs will not be visible to suppliers under lower-tier memberships.

5. Supplier Communication

• Listed Factory is only a listing platform and does not facilitate or guarantee deals between buyers and suppliers.
• Users must independently verify and negotiate terms with suppliers after receiving quotations.
• Listed Factory is not responsible for any misrepresentation, pricing errors, or disputes arising between buyers and suppliers.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Listed Factory does not guarantee responses from suppliers for RFQ submissions.
• The platform is not liable for the accuracy, reliability, or authenticity of responses received from suppliers.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging in transactions.

7. Compliance and Data Usage

• Users must not submit RFQs containing prohibited, illegal, or unethical requests.
• The platform complies with GDPR, UK Data Protection Laws, and other applicable regulations for data protection and privacy.

8. Account and Usage Restrictions

• Users must have an active Listed Factory account to submit RFQs.
• RFQ submissions that are spam, misleading, or non-serious inquiries may result in account suspension.

9. Amendments and Updates

• Listed Factory reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the RFQ Submission Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
