4. User Accounts & Eligibility

• Suppliers are required to choose a membership plan to list products, receive RFQs, and sell directly.

5. Supplier Membership & Fees

• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.

• Failure to pay membership fees may result in account suspension or termination.

6. RFQ System

• Buyers can submit RFQs by providing product specifications, quantities, and delivery preferences.
• The platform matches RFQs with relevant suppliers based on industry, location, and product category.
• Suppliers receive RFQ notifications via email and can respond directly through the platform.
• RFQ submissions are subject to service fees for both buyers and suppliers, depending on their membership plan.
• The platform does not guarantee that suppliers will respond to every RFQ.

7. E-commerce & D2C Transactions

• Buyers can purchase products directly from suppliers using the platform’s secure payment gateway.
• Transaction fees and commissions apply based on the supplier’s membership tier.
• ListedFactory.com acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for product quality, shipping, or delivery.
• Suppliers are responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, including pricing, availability, and shipping terms.
• Buyers are encouraged to review supplier ratings and feedback before making a purchase.

8. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through secure payment gateway, which supports various payment methods.
• Subscription fees are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
• Payments for products are subject to the supplier’s refund and return policy.
• Transaction disputes must be resolved directly between the buyer and supplier. ListedFactory.com does not mediate payment disputes.

9. Prohibited Items & Activities

Users are prohibited from listing, selling, or promoting:

• Firearms, explosives, and other dangerous items
